An Account is considered inactive if no login activity occurs for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. dream88 may apply an inactivity fee of up to ₱100 per month after this period to cover administrative costs. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by dream88 are subject to these General Bonus Terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated alongside the individual promotion. In the event of conflict between specific promotion terms and these General Bonus Terms, the specific terms prevail.
Bonus Funds credited to your Account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, a standard wagering requirement of thirty times (30×) the bonus amount applies. Any form of collusion between players, use of automated betting software (bots), artificial intelligence tools designed to exploit game outcomes, real-time assistance software, or any other method of cheating is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent Account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
